Event management on the day including speaker support. Front of house support staff (one per hundred delegates). Environment selection, building the event, room dressing with provided graphics. Dedicated web page for the event with a simple registration system. Exhibitor liaison, booth preparation and staff orientation. Simple branded onboarding materials for delegates (infographic). Post event pack of analytics and any presentation recordings requested. Larger events +$8 per person (first two hours / covers platform fees and additional staffing). Longer events +$2 per delegate per additional hour (needs to be managed & staffed). *Not all platforms can be included in the starter package price. Some XR/VR solutions are more expensive.
